Elsie is 4 1/2 Months Old

Our sweet baby girl is already 4 1/2 months old :) She is SOOOO Fun! She smiles all the time and giggles every once in awhile :) Don't get me wrong - she does cry and boy, does she have a temper! She is still super cute even when she is throwing a fit :) Josh and I love this sweet baby girl more than anything! I have noticed that Josh and I give each other advice on how to handle her - really, I don't think either of us has any idea what she wants :) Elsie definitely has a mind of her own. She has been fussy the last few days, we think it is because she is bored with just us and wants to go outside. She stops fussing when we go outside. Elsie loves to be on the go! She loves to see peoples faces. She smiles at everyone. It is a lot of fun! We started Elsie on rice cereal this week - she does ok with it. We were hoping that the rice cereal would help her sleep all night - NOPE! We are still getting up with her 1 or 2 times a night. Usually the second time she gets up it is around 5 or 6 - then she goes back to sleep until about 7 or 8. Today she slept in until 8:30 :) Somehow we need to figure out how to kick her nighttime feedings. Wish us luck! Needless to say, Elsie is the light of our lives! She is our everything!!! Thank you Amanda! We love you!!

This was Elsie's first time actually getting in the lake - it was a little cold, but she did well. We didn't leave her in the water long at all. We can't wait until she is big enough to play in the water with us :) - Grandmas: Yes, she wore her life jacket while she was in the water :)

I had to put this picture on here of Macy :) Macy loves Elsie and Elsie loves Macy! I need to record Macy talking to Elsie - It is SOOO cute! Every time Macy sees Elsie she says, "Ohhh, B-Elsie sooooo cuuute" It is so cute! She tries saying Baby Elsie but it comes out B-Elsie. Elsie loves Macy!
